List the asset
Voice, likeness, script, book, music, all-media or brand and trademark. Each type has its own listing and its own rules about what a licensee may do.

Licensing
List an asset, set the packages and the payment terms, and let the marketplace find the deal. Escrow holds the money, the contract is generated, both sides e-sign, and royalties track by watch milestone.
Seven asset types. One pipeline from listing to renewal.

02 How it works
01
Voice, likeness, script, book, music, all-media or brand and trademark. Each type has its own listing and its own rules about what a licensee may do.
02
A package is what they get; the terms are how they pay for it: upfront, a royalty percentage, per view, at a view milestone, on an interval, or royalty-free.
03
An offer becomes an agreement through negotiation on the platform. When both sides agree, the payment goes into escrow before anything is handed over.
04
The contract is generated from the package and the terms, both parties e-sign it, and only then is the asset released to the licensee.
05
The licensee declares where the asset is used. Watch progress feeds the milestone tracker, royalties are paid as milestones land, and the licence warns before it expires so it can be renewed or allowed to lapse.

05 Questions people actually ask
The platform generates it from the package you listed and the terms you agreed, and both sides e-sign it. The asset is released only after the signatures are in and the money is in escrow.
The upfront part goes into escrow when the agreement is reached and is released as the deal completes, not on a promise. Royalties are paid as they fall due: at a view milestone, per view, or on the interval you set.
Yes. Each asset type is its own listing with its own rules, and each has its own page: voice, likeness, script, book, music, all-media, and brand and trademark.
You are warned before it expires. The licensee can request a renewal, or the licence lapses and access ends.
