Questions
What does "accounts" mean — is it profiles?
Each account is a real, separate login with its own watch history, watchlist and place in every episode. Nobody has to share a profile or lose their spot because someone else was watching.
What happens if we run out of streams?
We tell you who in the household is watching what, so you can decide. Nothing is cut off mid-film without warning.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect immediately and is prorated. Moving down to a plan with fewer accounts asks you to remove someone first — we never pick a family member to cut off for you.
Does the membership include everything on OpenFlix?
It includes every title creators have opted into the membership, plus all free content. Some creators sell individual films to buy or rent instead, and those stay separate purchases.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You keep watching until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling never cuts the time short.
Storyline
Rather be pitched than read a page?
Three minutes, swipeable, and it makes the whole case for you rather than listing what the product has.
